- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST.
- This policy establishes the terms of use for the Whispers of Love website. Information presented is for general purposes only. While accuracy is pursued, the completeness, precision, or timeliness of all content isn't guaranteed. Users relying on the site's information do so at their own risk.
Designs
- Every floral design is bespoke and individually crafted. We appreciate inspirations and colour preferences; however, floral materials depend on their seasonal availability.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are subject to variation based on the selected flowers, their size, and the sample photos provided. To finalize any event or wedding quotation, a non-refundable service fee is required along with a mandatory deposit of 30% of the quotation, and the complete cost of the cake (where applicable). This deposit must be received within 3 business days after the invoice has been issued; otherwise, the booking date may be offered to other clients.
- For non-event/wedding orders: A minimum of 5 business days' notice is necessary, and confirmation is subject to receipt of full payment within the specified period.
- Delay in the initial payment could compromise the booking of your event date and might result in alterations to the quality and variety of floral provisions. Ensuring payment is made promptly is essential for securing our services for your event date.
Photography & Media Rights
- By engaging the services of 'Whispers of Love' for wedding or event floral design, you grant Whispers of Love the irrevocable right to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. Unless explicitly requested otherwise, your use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.
Working Hours and Overtime Policy
- Our standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the same day. If services are needed beyond these hours, a $200 per hour overtime charge will apply. Clients should inform us in advance for any extended service requirements to ensure proper staffing. Overtime is billed for hours beyond the standard timeframe and is the responsibility of the client. Planning within the standard hours is advised to avoid extra charges.
Deposits & Refunds
- A mandatory 30% deposit is essential upon finalizing an event/wedding quotation. If cancelled within 4 weeks/20 business days of the event/wedding date, this deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance due is expected 2 weeks/10 business days prior. Post full payment, 50% of the deposit remains non-refundable if cancelled.
- Delays in payments could result in changes in flower variety and quality.
Delivery & Returns
- Delivery charges, if required, are calculated separately.
- Due to the unique nature of our floral designs, no returns or refunds are permitted once the products are dispatched.
Rental Items
- Deposits for rented items are fully refundable within 3 business days post-event, given the items return undamaged.
Rights, Amendments & Jurisdiction
- Whispers of Love reserves the right to alter these terms at any time. Continued patronage signifies agreement to any modifications.
- Engaging with our services or effecting payments indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.

- Interactions with this website and any resultant disputes are governed by Australian law.
Respect & Service
- Service might be declined to individuals exhibiting abusive behaviour or lack of respect. We also reserve the right to terminate services due to any inappropriate behaviours.
